  • Wednesday Social 5k

    Our original and most-loved session. A no-pressure 5km social run through local streets and parks. All abilities welcome. Multiple pace groups. No one gets left behind. Beers after.

    When: Wednesdays, 7pm
    Meet: The Windmill, Clapham Common
    Cost: Free
    Good for: New runners, community seekers, midweek movers

  • Friday Hot laps

    A 45-minute structured session built around intervals, sprints, and recovery blocks to help improve your pace, power, and running efficiency. Small group format. For runners who want to get faster.

    When: Fridays, 7am
    Where: Battersea Park Bandstand
    Cost: £5 - tickets here
    Good for: Runners training for races, chasing PBs, or ready to level up

  • The Sunday Brunch Club

    We rotate routes and end at a coffee shop or bakery. Expect 10-15km of easy pace running with built-in time to catch up, meet new people, and refuel together post-run. Ticketed event with location announced the week of.
