Booking Info & Terms
We’re excited to host our Bonne Milano race weekend. To keep everything clear and fair for everyone, please read the information below before booking.
By purchasing a Bonne Milano package, you agree to the following terms.
1. What’s Included
Your Bonne Milano package includes the items listed on the product page at the time of booking. This may include:
• Official Stramilano race entry for your chosen distance
• Event-related kit (e.g. Bonne Milano T-shirt / singlet, goodie bag)
• Hosted shakeout run
• Post-race celebration dinner and afterparty
Flights, accommodation, travel insurance, transfers and personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of each participant.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early bird pricing is time-limited and subject to availability.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of race entries, event bookings and merchandise production:
• All payments are non-refundable once your place has been confirmed.
• If you can no longer attend, we may be able to transfer your place to another runner, subject to race organiser rules and availability. This cannot be guaranteed.
• Any costs already incurred (race entry, kit, bookings) cannot be refunded.
We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance that covers injury, illness, and cancellation.
4. Changes to the Weekend
We aim to deliver the weekend exactly as described, however Bonne reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, venues, or inclusions if required due to circumstances outside our control.
If the event is cancelled by Bonne, we will communicate this clearly and offer a refund or credit where possible, depending on costs already incurred.
5. Race & Third-Party Events
Stramilano is organised by a third-party race organiser. Bonne is not responsible for:
• race route changes
• start times
• race cancellation
• race pack contents
Any decisions made by the race organiser are outside of Bonne’s control.
6. Health, Safety & Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that:
• you are medically fit to participate in your chosen race distance
• you take part at your own risk
• you are responsible for your own health, safety and insurance
Bonne accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage sustained during the race weekend, except where required by law.
7. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for:
• arranging their own flights and accommodation
• holding valid travel and health insurance
• ensuring they meet all travel and entry requirements for Italy
8. Force Majeure
Bonne is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) extreme weather, strikes, travel disruption, or race cancellation.
